Travel Fee
All packages come with 50km of travel! I’m located in Cambridge, Ontario, and locations more than an hour away may require a travel fee.
My Process
1.Getting Booked in!
When you’re ready to book, we’ll finalize the date, and time for your interior session. I’ll then send over an invoice, and a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required to secure your date.
2.Making sure the space is ready!
Before I arrive to the interior location please ensure a few things are ready to go so the process is seamless.
- Floors are cleaned
- Any glass, chrome & mirrors are free from smudges
- Grout lines are clean
If you are a designer please make sure the space is staged before I get there.
3.Photo Selections
Once we have had our session I will cull through all the images and select all the good ones. Next I will send you a selection gallery where you get to choose which photos you would like me to edit. You will have 2 business days to make those selections. The remaining payment will be due after your selects have been made and editing will begin!
4.Shoot & Delivery
My turnaround time for the gallery is about 2-4 weeks. You will receive all professionally edited images on an online gallery to download in both high res and web size.

FAQ
Can I book more than one project at once?
Yes, if you book more than one interior project at once I add on a 15% discount to the full invoice. If more time or extra photos are needed on any pre-booked packages it will be billed at full price on a separate invoice.
My interior isn't ready for the date we booked, what can I do?
Don't worry, this happens more often than you’d think, and I completely understand that timelines can shift. Your project deposit will remain valid for a full year from the date it was paid. You’re welcome to reschedule your interior session once at no charge, and if the date needs to be changed a second time, a $50 + HST rescheduling fee will apply to secure a new date.
Some of the other parties of the project would like to purchase the photos, how do we go about that?
When planning an interior photoshoot, I always recommend touching base with any other parties involved in the project to see if they’d like access to the images as well. If you let me know ahead of time who may be interested, I can easily include them in the project for an additional 25% of the package price per party.
If anyone reaches out after the shoot, they’re more than welcome to contact me directly to purchase image usage rights on a per-image basis, starting at $50 + HST per image.
Can we shoot more than one project in a day?
You bet we can! This is a great option if you have two projects that are close in location. When I photograph multiple projects in a single day, I combine them into one package instead of creating two separate bookings, making things easier and cost effective.
What equipment do you use?
I am a less is more type of gal when it comes to equipment! I shoot with a Canon mirrorless camera on a tripod, and you’ll be able to see your beautiful space in real time on my iPad so we can make any tweaks as needed. I also use lighting to naturally elevate your space, and I’m not afraid to squeeze into the smallest corners to capture that perfect shot!
How are the images edited?
My goal is to make your space look absolutely flawless! Say goodbye to outlets, switches, unwanted shadows, reflections, and other distractions, I’ll take care of it all. From there, I colour-correct, sharpen, and enhance each image so your photos look crisp, beautiful, and true to your space. I want you to love every shot, so if you have a particular vibe or mood you’d like to showcase, just let me know and I’ll make sure it’s captured perfectly!
What type of payment do you accept?
I accept all payments via E-Transfer to my email lauren.weiler.work@gmail.com. If E-Transfer is not possible I also accept direct deposit and cheque.
